A great description of this is "National Geographic meets Operation World." The pictures, maps, and descriptions of the major world religions are written in clear language on a level that children can easily understand. The stories from the perspective of families from the regions described help children to envision the way that children live around the globe. The clearly laid out prayer requests make it easy for family devotionals. This is an excellent tool to teach your child about world missions, and it also helps anyone of any age get aa visualization of what is happening around the world.

This is the best resource for kids, and the only I know, (from Operation World) for praying for the places that are unreached. It is very simple, one page info on the countries or ethnic groups. The binding is weak on this book so it requires careful handling.

Beautiful layout and enjoyable to read with enough information to pique my children’s interest but not bore them. The book has very nice pictures and is a great way to introduce the struggles Christians are having everyday in countries around the world. I love how the book talks about things for us to pray about and praise God for in each country.

We have been reading through this book as a family for the past couple weeks. Given our current social and political issues and debates related to immigration, refugees, and global concerns it's critically important for people to turn their eyes to seeing and experiencing other parts of the world beyond what they themselves know. Unfortunately, most of us are unable to jump on a plane and travel to other countries, thus meaning that "windows" become very important in seeing the political, social, and religious components, histories, and concerns of various countries. Window on the World is probably the best introduction from an evangelical position that introduces people to the world in a way that is both informative and formative.The book is laid out in an excellent aesthetic manner and packs a lot of information on each page (each country is 2 pages, listed in alphabetical order), from the religious background to the country, information on economics, history, social tensions, personal stories, as well as pictures of each culture. While not every country in the world is represented, the vast majority of countries are (every third world country is or those dealing with major social/political tensions). It's devotional in nature, meaning that it provides concrete ways in which people can pray for the countries and the people. This latter part makes it especially a good tool for introducing the world to your kids and teaching them how to look, feel, think, and pray outside of what they see themselves.As a matter of transparency, I received the book for free from the publisher in exchange for a review. However, the review here is fully my own and honest. This is simply a unique and awesome book that I would recommend be a staple book on any family or church's bookshelf!

I wanted my son to read and see what other countries were like. He is already very compassionate and will pray anytime he hears about someone hurting or in need. This book words it beautifully. It tells about the country and specifically what to pray for in that country. It was a real eye opener for me as well.

I truly tried to guess what was going on in this wonderful book, but every time I thought I had it figured out, Mr. Fowler threw in a curve ball! WOW! This book was so good. It kept me up way past midnight on a work day! I just could not put this book down! Give yourself a treat, read both book in this series! You will be so happy that you did! DO NOT READ THIS BOOK UNTIL YOU READ BOOK 1!!!!Great job Mr. Fowler! You knocked it out of the park with this story line!!!I am ANXIOUSLY waiting for this awesome writers next book to drop!!!

I started reading book2, at 7:30am this morning, and as God is my witness I just finished this book at 10:35 pm tonight I couldn't put this book down I am on vacation. I'm couldn't believe the twists and turns this book was everything in a great book has, God judgement, forgiveness, love, sins of the flesh. I pray this book wasn't base on a preacher life God forbid. Man book one was absolutely great, but the sequel was beyond best seller . Just read great job. H. H. WOW! This story (Parts 1 and 2) was truly an EXCELLENT read. Thank you H. H. Fowler for not making us wait too long for the finale. I will not hint/give away anything about this story. I will say that this story was not disappointing. Excellent writing/imagination. Looking forward to the next book.

Enjoyed immensely. Showing what people will do for wealth and what can happen believing in the Lord. Lord always has the last word. This is a good book for the younger generation also the older generation. Look forward to reading upcoming books.

I would definitely recommend this book. This was an Awesome Book.!! The love of money is truly the root of evil.

H.H. Fowler has done it again. This was an excellent finish to Married to the Devil. Magnus is still a trip in this book but I loved the ending. Fowler has done a great job with the characters and keeping you on the edge of your seat. This book has some twist in it and some valuable lessons. I look forward to reading more books by him.

I enjoyed this book from beginning to end!! Definitely a page turner! Was surprised about some of the revealing of characters behind the scene. God’s will prevails, no matter what. Loved Freda intecessory prayers

DEAN!!!!!!! What a wild ride. Could not put this book down. The suspense was so intense, I was having palpitations. SPOILER: Never would have thought the accomplice was Dean. Kudos to Mr. Fowler for his visual writing style which made me literally picture the actual scenes in my mind as I was easily reading each chapter. 📚
