I love the Lola series of books. I love the fact that the character is black as I've found it hard to find children books for my kids that contain characters that look like them. I wish more books like this one existed and that they were easier to find!!These are sweet and very positive books. My kids love them.

We love all things Lola. As always, adorable story, great lesson, beautiful artwork. My daughter (now 2) makes us read all of her Lola books several times a day every day. Save yourself some time and buy the hardcovers - we initially bought softcovers but had to invest in hardcovers later because the softcover books were so loved.

My 4 yr old fell in love with this book on sight. "Mommy Lola looks like ME! (She really does) Her hair is curly like mine!" She loves to garden with me and this made her even more eager to learn about gardening. Great book!

My 3 and 4 yr old daughters LOVE this book. We have all the Lola books and they are all wonderful. This one is they're favorite and has inspired them to make a flower garden in our back yard.

My daughter loves and adores us back. It's so nice for her to see her self reflecting and a book as a little black girl. We went and head and bought all the Lola and Leo books!

My daughter loves the simplicity and relatable content of all Lola and Leo books.

My favorite thing about the Lola books is that both her mom and Dad are involved. So many of my books focus on the baby/kid crying for its momma, and never the dad! So I love that Lola spends quality time with both her parents.

Love the Lola line. My daughter's always captured by the illustrations. She enjoys this book very much.
