This book is full of interesting topics such as how different business processes and industries will change due to the growth of artificial intelligence.I’m quite familiar with chatbots and how useful they are, but still learned many key concepts and strategies related to chatbot marketing in chapter 4. I also found chapters 6 (self-driving cars) and 7 (robots) extremely insightful and interesting. This is without a doubt the most important book I have read recently and I highly recommend it to everyone.
This is a very broad introduction to basic AI concepts, current practical uses of AI as of early 2018, and likely applications and implications of its use in the near future. The book is written in a casual conversational tone and includes a few stylistic mistakes that ought to have been caught by a thorough editor.
